Kpop - Why It's Important You Actually Read Up On Stuff

For those of you out of the loop, OMG's YooA was recently accused of pulling a Tablo, only this time actually lying about her education, however she's not the one who was lying, so in the end, she kind of is Tablo in this situation.

Essentially it was mis-transcribed that YooA said she majors/graduated (changes depending on the article) from Sejong University's dance program, when in actuality she said that actually graduated from a different program of dance held at that same university, that isn't the same as attending. Essentially think of it as a writing, painting, or other arts program students go to that is through a university ran by the professors but you're not actually attending that university.

However of course netizens looking for any reason to shit on an idol of course don't read up on that part and instead just assume YooA's some lying asshole. And what's worse is belated so even if they did read up on this then they'd probably spew some bullshit like it's too late to apologize. Same thing is happening with Tiffany who wrote another apology however people keep commenting saying that "It's too late," "This was obviously written by SM staff!", and even "She should be stoned!" It's all just one big mess.

If you got anything from this article, I hope that it's to please just read up on stuff before being quick to judge. I'd hate to see YooA turn into this generations Tablo because some idiots can't read. No one deserves to go through what he did.

My first week of classes is officially over and I'm fully settled in my dorms, so expect more articles from me soon now that my life has finally calmed down.
