It seems like GFriend and Mamamoo have gotten closer real fast thanks to 'Showtime'.
On today's press conference, GFriend member Yuju expresses her desire to get to know Mamamoo more. On their press conference today, which both GFriend and Mamamoo attend, GFriend is asked,
"Is there anything you wanna try to do with Mamamoo?" To this, Yuju replies, "I want to go on a retreat for a day with Mamamoo without any managers." Mamamoo Wheein adds, "Me too I want to go to Hangang river and do chimaek (chicken & beer)." However, they point out that GFriend members are minors so Wheein wittily comments, "Looks like we are an adult team. Chicken & beer and chicken & cola."
Meanwhile, the first episode of 'Showtime MamamooXGFriend' premiered today.
